This committee is responsible for the following:

• preparing and distributing conference call for proposals

• establishing and distributing information related to the proposal submission processes

• facilitating the review of proposals (i.e., recruiting and support of proposal reviewers, assigning reviewers, synthesizing reviewer feedback, notifying authors of decision)

• collaborating with the conference logistics committee to establish the annual conference program
