This committee is responsible for the following:

• develops, revises, and updates the association by-laws as needed and requested by Leadership Council or by the consensus of SEEDS membership community (during the annual conference) 

• works with the Finance Committee to identify and pursue alternative sources of funding
• provides ethical guidance in accordance with the mission and values of SEEDS regarding potential funding partners
• works with multiple committees (as appropriate) to organize and updates relevant SEEDS documents (and assets) across virtual and physical spaces
